* A tiny little dish that fits in your hand, perfect for holding teeny little things such as earrings or your midnight chocolate bar bits.
** Pattern is printed directly onto wet clay slabs via two layers of stencils using a combination of underglazes and pigments mixed with clay slip, and then molded around a custom-made form.
*** Imagery is inspired by iron fences, gates, and historical block printed wallpapers. Imperfections and idiosyncrasies are left on view in these pieces. You’ll see distressed areas of color, marks, smudges and smears. These three pieces are initial experiments, you can think of them as samples.
**** Dishes measure approx. 4.5” x 3.125” and come in three color options:
-Celadon overglaze with cobalt, iron, and chromium oxide green flowers and leaves.
-Clear overglaze with cobalt, iron, and chromium oxide green flowers and leaves. (note: this one has a slight wobble but is still perfectly functional!)
-Satin matte overglaze with baby blue, red, and chromium oxide green flowers and leaves.
